The business uses the best technologies from around the world to manufacture a range from simple fans, to large complex high power industrial fans, and full turnkey projects. The business offers a full range of standard or purpose designed axial and centrifugal fans selected for optimum performance, minimum noise, and practicality of operation.

Our company is now part of the global Flakt Woods Group located in over 30 countries strategically located around the world.

After 100 years, the name may have changed but the company continues to build on an established reputation for sturdy, reliable fan designs, quality workmanship, compliance with customer needs and a commitment to after sales service.

We pride ourselves on providing a total ventilation solution, not just the mechanical equipment, making us a leading supplier of a wide range of quality industrial, mining, tunnel and commercial fans, and accessories.

Extensive local knowledge, accumulated over many years of service to the Australian market means we can analyse, design, manufacture and install, standard or custom built fans, components and spares for all requirements and applications by utilising our unlimited access to the Flakt Woods Group's global product range including products manufactured while under Richardson and ABB fan group.

Our Port Melbourne Facility boasts a dedicated engineering team, and 4,000 square metres manufacturing facility, specialising in industrial fans and systems. This facility is fully customised for large fan manufacture with cranage of 5 metres under hook. Specialised equipment performs pressing, rolling, welding and balancing functions required to construct impellers of up to 4 metres in diameter and 11 ton in weight.

The entire facility operates under the AS/NZS ISO9001:2000 quality assurance scheme and is fully accredited by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance Limited. Many of our customers require manufacturing data reports (MDR) and inspection test plans (ITP) and these can be supplied in either our own designs or to the customers’ requirements.
